ONLINE TRAINING

Real Fitness for Mums is a HOLISTIC online program from pregnancy, through birth and recovery, postpartum exercise and beyond.

All programs are based on current women’s health research, which have been tried and tested and highly recommended. Read the testimonials here

All programs are easy to follow, educational and can be done anywhere, anytime. The goals of these programs are to bridge the gap in the industry for restorative, fitness based exercises that focus on rebuilding the core and pelvic floor strength and function and to give women strategies to remain athletic, injury free and fit for life while safeguarding their core and pelvic floor.

WORKSHOPS

A 3 hour workshop for all women pregnant, postpartum or beyond who is experiencing either low back pain, discomfort, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, general core weakness, hernia or diastasis recti.  You will learn how to reconnect with and strengthen you deep core and your pelvic floor and  learn strategies to remain functional & pain free for life and the basics of functional movement.

Workshops for Trainers + Coaches:

For coaches and fitness trainers who want to learn how to better serve and meet the needs of their clients, particularly females from pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Pelvic Health Workshops:

This workshop is for individuals and trainers wanting to understand the relationship between intra abdominal pressure and the pelvic floor and core. Individuals who may have prolapse or prolapse repair surgery or who are postpartum will need to know how to modify most pilates exercises and this workshop covers all the modifications and strategies needed.
