Stage Two Ultimate Core Restore is a fitness guide centring around healing Diastasis Recti (DRA) and strengthening the pelvic floor. The goals of this program are also to build a foundation of strength to meet the demands of motherhood and a conditioning program for those wanting to return to their previous level of athleticism. It is a program that prioritises proper breathing and alignment to achieve this. This program is not about how quickly you can lose the baby weight – it is about your body functioning well and feeling strong.
In this stage we prioritise a dynamic core breathing strategy which is a progression from stage 1. It is best that you complete stage 1 prior to attempting stage 2 unless recommended otherwise by us or your women’s health physio.
